Introduction to the Aggregate Levy Sustainability Fund
Welcome to the Marine Environment Protection Fund (MEPF) website. MEPF is the main Marine delivery partner of Defra’s Aggregate Levy Sustainability Fund (ALSF).
The MEPF is administered by Cefas, and governed by the Marine ALSF Steering Group, chaired by Defra. The MEPF is currently planned to operate within the period 1 April 2004 to 31 March 2008, with a decision on an extension to the period expected in early 2008.
